Personalized consultationYour design consultation is a personal and collaborative experience. Meet with us in-person at a location that suits you or connect virtually via phone or video chat. This is your opportunity to share your story, inspiration, and vision. Our expert designers will listen closely to understand your unique desires and guide you through the design and decision-making process.
Costs and timelinesOnce we’ve collaborated on your vision, we’ll provide an estimate to ensure your custom piece aligns with your budget. Upon approval, a 30% deposit is required to proceed with the design process. Payments are accepted via eTransfer, cash, or major credit cards. From there, creating your custom jewelry typically takes 4–6 weeks.
Design review & approvalAfter finalizing your selections for design, gemstones, and metal, we’ll create a detailed computer-generated rendering. Together, we’ll review the design to address any questions or adjustments. Once you’re completely satisfied, we’ll move forward with production.
Expert craftsmanshipOur skilled artisans meticulously bring your design to life, crafting every detail to perfection. Throughout the process, we’ll keep you informed, ensuring you feel connected every step of the way. We understand how meaningful this piece is and are dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience.
Final reveal & deliveryYour custom piece is ready for its grand reveal. Once completed, we can provide photos upon request before delivery. Choose between an in-person delivery (GTA) or secure FedEx Priority Overnight shipping for peace of mind.
With every bridal and custom diamond jewelry purchase, you’ll receive a GIA diamond certification and an independant professional appraisal for peace of mind.
