Hi, I’m Kristina, founder of The Gem Concierge. I started this business out of a genuine love for design and fine jewelry, and a belief that the pieces we wear should actually mean something. As I celebrate 14 years of marriage this year, I’ve seen firsthand how much life changes you through its different chapters, and how your taste and what you need from your jewelry changes right along with it. That’s why having a designer who grows with you, and takes the time to really understand you on a personal level, matters so much. Your piece is never just another order to me. I treat every design as if it were my own, down to every detail and every bit of quality.

With over 16 years of combined experience in client service and design, I work with only GIA and IGI-certified diamonds, natural or lab-grown, so you always know exactly what you’re getting. It’s one-on-one, where we really take the time to educate you and understand the vision you have in your mind. It’s a small business by design, and that’s what lets me give your piece real attention instead of moving you through a catalog.
